NAVS (National Applicant Verification Service) is a consent-driven platform that orchestrates Nigeria’s existing digital assets—NIN, BVN, CAC, FIRS, NIS, and more—into a single Trust Report for embassies, employers, lenders, and agencies.

MVP in this build

  • Requesting organisations (embassies, lenders, …) self-register with a PDF request letter; FCSC approves before they can file cases.
  • MDA portal: employment verification requests routed to the employee’s ministry; consent before FCSC review.
  • FCSC: onboard MDAs, approve external orgs, approve cases after consent, then release Trust Reports (mock pipeline).
  • Superadmin: provision FCSC administrator accounts only.
  • API v1: Sanctum-protected verification case endpoints for approved requesting organisations.
